You are the technical supervisor providing support for both Facility and serving as the initial technical point of contact on-site for machines. In this role, you assess whether the technical department can assist or if it is necessary to engage a specialist. You lead a team of approximately 5 employees, collectively striving for the highest quality. On a daily basis, you report the achieved goals to your supervisor.
Who are we looking for ?
Are you the Technical Team Leader we are searching for?
- Leadership & People Management: Extensive experience in leading teams, preferably in a technical environment (not necessarily in logistics). You guide and inspire your team members.
- Technical knowledge: Preferably, you hold a Bachelor's degree in Electromechanics or have pursued a similar course of study where you have acquired knowledge in electricity, electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, machinery, manufacturing processes, electrical systems, and/or other relevant technologies.
- Analytical Thinking: Sharp insight into technical issues and the ability to find solutions quickly and effectively.
- Quality and Efficiency: Aiming for technological optimization in all logistics processes. You work with precision towards objectives.
- Strong computer skills & administrative proficiency: You know your way with computers for tasks such as planning, documentation, managing the inventory of technical materials, and reporting.
- English & Dutch Proficiency: Fluent in both languages for clear communication in a technical context.
- Driver's License B: Allowing you to move swiftly around the site.
